Bio
After decades as a litigator, I’ve learned that even the most difficult disputes can be resolved in ways that bring clarity and closure to both sides. As a neutral, I provide a structured, respectful process designed to make that possible.
Currently, I am an Arbitrator for a Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity under the No Surprises Act. I am also active in the ADR community, serving on the Alameda County Bar Association ADR Executive Committee and as a representative to the Judicial ADR Administrative Committee.
Before focusing on neutral work, I was Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs – Litigation & Information Management at Xponential Fitness LLC, where I oversaw litigation, arbitration, mediation, and investigations across the United States and Canada. My work included resolving disputes involving employment, data privacy, intellectual property, contracts, and franchise relationships, as well as managing day-to-day conflicts within a large and diverse business network.
Earlier in my career, I was Litigation Counsel for LinkedIn and a partner at Epstein Becker & Green, where I represented clients in complex commercial and employment matters. I began my career at Shearman & Sterling LLP and later moved to a litigation boutique, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes and investigations—experience that continues to inform my work as a neutral.
I have long been committed to promoting fairness and access to justice. I co-chaired Epstein Becker & Green’s Pro Bono Committee and served on the 50/50 Women on Boards NYC Leadership Committee. I also founded E-Lunch with Esquires, a collaborative space for employment law professionals focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Earlier, I served as a Title IX Representative for Girls for Gender Equity, interned at the National Employment Law Project, and worked with an Alaska Native Corporation established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. While at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, I produced a documentary on the hate-murder of Marcelo Lucero that aired on public television.
Across all of my roles, I have found that effective resolution begins with careful listening, thoughtful analysis, and respect for each party’s perspective. I bring that approach to every matter, working with parties to reach fair, practical, and lasting outcomes.
